DEFINITIONS USED

  1. Policy — the rules explaining how the data of the buyer is collected and used on the website www.griluta.com.
  2. Website — the website www.griluta.com.
  3. Seller — the website www.griluta.com, which is responsible for fulfilling the order placed by the Buyer.

  1. The Buyer grants the Seller the right to carry out all processing of the Buyer’s data to the extent and for the purposes set out in this Policy.
  2. The Buyer’s data is processed in accordance with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the processing and protection of personal data, and with this Policy.

TRANSFER OF THE BUYER’S DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The Seller has the right to transfer information to third parties only to achieve the purposes set out in point 1 and only in the manner established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

COOKIES POLICY

In order for the Seller to offer the Buyer full-featured services on the Website, information — Cookies — is stored on the Buyer’s computer (device) with the Buyer’s consent. This is used to recognise the Buyer as a previous user of the Website, to collect Website traffic statistics, and to gather information about the shopping cart. The Buyer may review at any time which Cookies are stored and may delete some or all of the stored Cookies.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. All disputes arising from the performance of this Policy shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
